Congratulations, Graduates!
June 14, 2007 South Seattle CC graduation ceremony --or commencement, as it's sometimes called-- is a tear-worthy milestone. But there were lots more smiles than tears as graduates donned the blue polyester gowns & mortar boards to celebrate with friends & family.
Congratulations to graduating mentors-- Katie, Jielun and Sinath.Mentor alumni, Elizabeth (2006) and Senayt (2003) returned to South for commencement. Elizabeth looks forward to her senior year at Seattle University. Senayt just completed her Bachelors Degree at Cal. State Los Angeles this year and looks forward to graduate school in New York--after a brief break. Mentors rock --reach for the stars!
